POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Corporate Sales Manager will focus on generating leads to Mid-Market and Large Market employers (250-10,000 employees). Gaining access clients and prospect accounts and working in conjunction with Corporate Sales Managers to successfully turn leads into opportunities. Develop & cultivate relationships with internal partners (Sales, Service, and Implementation). Coordinate company resources as required. Excellent communication and technology skills including the accurate use of CRM and PowerPoint. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Call on Mid-Market and Large Market (250-10,000 employees) prospects and clients to develop opportunities. * Attain or exceed 100% assigned lead quota * Maintain a high-level of activity including phone canvassing and direct mail to ensure success in this fast paced, high unit, hunter sales role. * Utilize Smartdata to develop cold calling strategy with target clients and prospects accounts. * Develop prospective client sources utilizing various medium including campaigns, LinkedIn, Google alerts and personal contact mailings and attending seminars. * Establish a good knowledge of ADP AVS programs and ADP's capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products. * Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating in training sessions within ADP and through their own efforts. * Maintains accurate records of all activities (i.e.., calls, presentations, sales, etc.) within their assignment. * Attends and participates in weekly Team meetings.
