Property and Facilities Manager
The Property and Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation of all sites and have day-to-day oversight of O&M and Interdiction construction activities to ensure operations and customer service are maintained at the highest level. The Property and Facilities Manager is responsible for all administrative procedures relative to the safe and efficient operations. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
Is responsible for oversight of logistical and facilities maintenance functions relating to the Interdiction Task Order
Develops, implements and enforces Task Order and corporate policies, processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate consistent, coordinated, and timely logistics and facilities operations
Responsible for proper reporting and record disposition and handling IAW PAE policy
Passes non-standard client requests to ADPM for guidance (out of scope requests, new requirements, new business, etc.)
Ensures accurate, timely required reports and deliverables (contract, corporate)
Provides indirect supervision of Site Managers overseeing Kabul Ramirez, Keller, DEA and Jefferson compounds
Provides coordination with the Logistics Manager regarding all PAE warehouses
Direct supervision of Fleet Manager and POL Manager
Manage a Local National workforce consisting up to 40-50 personnel
Ensures quality and timely customer service
Capable of acting as ADPM in absence of ADPM
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of 10 years’ experience facility maintenance and management of personnel and resources. Must display progressive growth in management skills and assignments
Previous O & M and construction management of large facility preferred
Prefer 5 years management of logistics, supply, facilities and/or procurement environment
Experience working with FAR and Contracting Officer Representatives
Must possess advanced experience in MS Office applications
Strong skills in writing Specifications, Scope of Work, Basis of Estimates, and Standard Operating Procedures
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering preferred. Combination of work related experience in addition to a Degree in Business Management, Finance, or other related degree accepted
Security Vetting: Must successfully obtain a MRPT Security Clearance. Must maintain eligibility at the required security level for the duration of the contract
Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Medical : Pass a drug screen test and physical examination
Citizenship : U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
