Description CliftonLarsonAllen’s Custom Accounting Solutions Team (CAST) provides high level accounting resources on an interim basis or project basis for public, private and nonprofit clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. This unique opportunity is to be the face and voice of CAST in the community as we expand into the Atlanta market. The Client Leader will be responsible for sustained growth of the Atlanta practice through cultivating relationships and generating leads through channels such as Big Four and regional Audit Partners, Senior Audit Managers, CFOs, Controllers and others.
Requirements The Client Leader will work closely with Practice Leader and Client Service Team to expand new client opportunities in existing relationships as well as build their network to develop new relationships in the community. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategy for new account prospects, preparing client presentations and proposals, attending and professionally representing CLA at local and regional networking events, meeting business development targets, and maintaining sales activity in Dynamics CRM. Other skills, abilities and attributes include strong business acumen with an ability to understand and communicate CLA CAST’s business and service offerings; the ability to recognize opportunities, problem solve and close business; the ability to effectively provide oversight for the ongoing engagements; and the ability to meet client needs timely while handling multiple priorities.
Ideal candidate will be a CPA, with a minimum 5-10 years of work experience; including Big Four Audit Manager as well as industry experience as a CFO, Controller, Accounting Manager or similar role, or 3 – 5 years of proven sales experience in a professional services environment.
A successful candidate will have a strong client service pull and be driven to participate in business development initiatives which genuinely make a difference for our clients, while growing practice revenue.
Compensation includes base salary plus commission and a rich benefit offering.
