Position Description:


The Manager of Distance Learning Delivery is responsible for performance managing and developing the talent of a team of Master Trainers; this includes conducting facilitation observations and providing feedback, regular status meetings, coaching, supporting individual development plans, analyzing course and facilitator evaluation results, and performance review writing/delivery. As leader of the team, the Manager of Distance Learning Delivery also serves as intake for all resource requests, managing the workload of the Master Trainers, and providing oversight and guidance to all projects in which the Master Trainers are involved. The Manager of Learning Execution works in close partnership with the Master Trainers, Program Manager, and the Learning Solutions, Design, and Delivery teams to develop and maintain content, implement solutions, and evaluate effectiveness. The Manager of Distance Learning Delivery is responsible for the training forecast analysis and respective course planning to ensure that the training schedule meets the field needs and provides reporting to key internal and field partners to drive accountability of field execution. The Manager of Distance Learning Delivery plays a critical role in driving consistent and quality internal, delivery, and execution practices.


• 50% Performance manage, coach and develop the talent of a team of Master Trainers

• 30% Provide project management oversight and guidance for all training content and projects in which Master Trainers are involved

• 10% Drive quality and consistency of internal processes and reporting to support execution accountability

• 10% Build partnerships with Learning Solutions, Design, Delivery, and field partners to develop and maintain content, implement solutions, and evaluate effectiveness


Reports to Senior Manager of Learning Delivery



Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years

Physical Requirements:

Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
