IBM Project Manager, Localization in ATLANTA, Georgia

The Project Manager, Localization is responsible for driving end-to-end product localization in the digital product range by working with internal design, product, development, data, and content teams, as well as localization vendors and external partners to build and maintain global products. In this role, the Project Manager oversees TWC’s current localization strategy, maintains effective localization processes, establishes and monitors relevant production metrics and quality standards, manages localization projects and schedules. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring TWC products are fully localized for all the relevant markets, through coaching, mentoring teams, and supporting translation and localization efforts globally.

· Manage localization production efforts for product and content in coordination with internal and external development partners or vendors to create localization outcomes that meet global-ready product and company growth objectives.· Define and manage to quality metrics, monitor outcomes and develop strategies for addressing any deficiencies, own resolution of localization issues. Generate data-driven insights for improvements, definition, and implementation of best practices.· Manage TWC’s current localization infrastructure, implementing improvements and new features wherever needed.· Evaluate and manage language service providers to establish efficient processes and workflows, ensuring timely quality deliverables.
