Description

Axios, a wholly owned subsidiary of LGS Innovations, is seeking aTraining Target Analyst Reporter for our Augusta, GA location.

In this position you will work under general direction, report and train others on the prioritization, assessment, evaluation and reporting of information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources when appropriate to provide synthesized product to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor on the proper writing, quality control and formatting of intelligence reports

  • Locate reportable information (i.e. run basic and advanced queries or require raw information to be provided)

  • Draft and edit for release finished serialized reports

  • Determine the focus of collected reports and submit to SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would enhance reporting in response to requests to management and external customers

  • Travel to other LGS Locations or Customer Sites as necessary

  • Understand and adhere to all LGS Ethical and Compliance policies

  • Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to LGS EH&S policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as required

  • If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level to perform the job

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4-6 years of related experience or a combination of education and related experience.

  • Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI with Poly

  • Familiar with more advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tear lines, Post-Publication actions, and RFI's

  • Three (3) years demonstrated experience in the intelligence community or in the intelligence production chain to include experience conducting OJT in that environment

  • Familiar with the development and understanding of Job Quality Standards

  • Experience in the intelligence community drafting and/or editing for release finished, serializedintelligence product reports

  • Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.

  • Demonstrate ability to independently discover reportable information within office workflow tools

  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.

  • Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

  • Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vendors

  • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required
