Robert Half Finance & Accounting HRIS/Payroll Administrator in BALTIMORE, Maryland
Robert Half is currently seeking a HRIS/Payroll Administrator for our client in Baltimore, MD. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manages daily operations of Kronos serving as the Kronos SME (Subject Matter Expert). 2. Ensures accurate processing of all time & leave data. 3. Coordinates time and leave process. 4. Main point of contact for employees, managers, HR and Payroll teams for Kronos related questions and issues. 5. Drives continuous system enhancements for operational efficiency and excellence. 6. Responsible for data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data audits. 7. Identifies data discrepancies and works with internal and external team member to resolve data related issues. REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience with ADP Workforce or Kronos Workforce Ready.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
American Payroll Association certification desired, but not required.
Detailed knowledge of US Federal, State and local payroll tax laws.
Ability to understand system functionality and able to communicate needs/requirements.
Strong customer service skills.
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
Strong analytical problem solving and time management skills.
Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
