About the Team
The SAP Ariba Analytics Team provides strategic value by enabling data driven decision making for internal teams in Ariba as well as customers. The goal of the team is to radically transform the customer success journey using data visualization, analytics and data insights to drive business outcomes. We strive to deliver insights that compel action to internal and external stake holders.
In this role, you’ll be at the innovation forefront where cloud, real-time databases (SAP HANA), data visualization, and customer adoption meet to define the future of cloud analytics. Your mission is all about transforming how cloud companies use insights to drive customer success by ensure account managers and customer use insights to guide and validate business success.
Design, create, and orchestrate the internal and external adoption of the reports and insights created by the Ariba Analytics team.
Devise adoption campaigns with the goal of increasing product adoption and increasing sales and profits.
Plan, organize, and execute adoption programs.
Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams for Adoption Analytics
Track customer and account manager’s adoption our reports
Work closely with marketing teams to create adoption programs.
Gather and report customer intelligence to Ariba Analytics teams.
Develop marketing plans.
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
Develop effective account conversion strategies to accelerate adoption.
Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote action plans for accelerate adoption.
Develop understanding of product line and value chain.
Experience & Skills
5 years of Marketing experience – campaign management and field marketing
Exceptional project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of enterprise account management
Exposure to the adoption challenges of a cloud solution
Strong communication and facilitation skills including messaging and value propositions
Proven ability to lead and execute programs via influence.
Highly flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
Domain experience in web based software, enterprise software or Procurement solutions.
BS or MS in Marketing required. Very strong sense of account management is a plus
