As an Analyst, you will be required to perform QA on manual/automated data analysis tasks (i.e. supplier, invoice, or catalog record classifications), knowledgebase enhancement tasks per established operating procedures & Supplier matching on Ariba & associated Networks. This role also requires performing final quality assurance functions for other team members before results get delivered to final customers. The Analyst's primary responsibilities are to complete various data enrichment task within due dates as well as to ensure that data quality meets or exceeds client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality Audit on Supplier Data Classification – Classifying customers Spend data by using UNSPSC based on customer business/description.

  • Quality Audit on Supplier Matching – Matching the client Supplier data with AN Supplier database.

  • On-time delivery & meeting targets

  • Adherence to SLA and company policies

  • Maintain data required for metrics

  • Suggest improvement areas

  • Quality Assurance

  • Proactively escalate issues to Manager

  • Ensure process compliances at all stages

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream

  • 5 years of professional experience in a related field

  • UNSPSC classification experience is preferred

  • Intermediate Level of Excel (Lookups, pivot tables, data manipulation, calculating)

  • Intermediate Level of MS Access (creating, updating, manipulating, deleting)

  • Advanced English skills (Written & Oral)
