  • Provide development effort sizing (resource & timing) to the Development Leader

  • Drive design innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Design for maximum use of modular assets within the framework of a design that provides scalability, competitive advantage, high performance and quality.

  • Ensure compliance and accessibility.

  • Understand technical platforms of competition and emerging trends.

  • Lead internal and client demos when appropriate. Work with Research to incorporate IP into our assets.
