The CWY VA hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida is looking for fee basis Internal Medicine trained BC/BE physicians with hospitalist experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive acute care services, including initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. We also have a comprehensive consultation services and provide care to the surgical services. The candidate will also cover MICU and codes with the assistance of the critical care team. Coverage includes 8 hour shifts on days, and 12 to 16 hours nights, on weekends and holidays 24/7.

Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
