Working in Nike Retail will be rewarding, it will be challenging, it may well be a step towards something bigger, but it is most definitely not just another job. You'll be an ambassador of the Nike brand -- everything we stand for: drive, determination, the unyielding commitment to excellence, these all will be a part of your everyday experience. We're committed to making every customer's experience a rewarding one, and as a member of our retail team, your contributions are a big part of our success. As our Senior Retail Operations Analyst, you'll drive retail operational excellence and consistency by providing expertise (tools, systems, communication, and processes) necessary for stores to improve their business and profitability. You'll focus on budget and expense control, particularly with regard to payroll, labor scheduling and labor systems. You'll work to create best practices with the Business Operations Manager; analyze, review and update current business processes to ensure stores are effectively managing their budget items; and create new standard processes that aid in the proper management of budgets and expenses. You'll also be relied on to keep current on store scheduling and labor management systems (Kronos Workforce Management and future systems) and their functionality. You'll be a functional expert within Operations for determining proper hiring levels, the use of the scheduling systems, and how to manage labor cost to meet payroll budgets. You'll identify areas for process improvements through assessment and review, and deliver programs through project management. You'll partner with the Business Operations Manager to determine budget, and with the Communications Manager/Instructional Designer to complete documentation requirements for project. You'll partner with other Store Operations teams to ensure a seamless integration of process between different store functions. You'll be the voice of the field in store payroll and labor scheduling issues. You'll also ensure any reporting requirements or ongoing responsibilities are handled in a timely manner. You'll also be relied on to interact with IT to ensure testing and deployment of upgrades to the retail stores is achieved. You'll work with the Communications team to ensure all documentation for software products and store system updates are accurate and reflect the information that an end-user would require. You'll communicate with the Retail IT Helpdesk and identify areas for improvement with the hardware and software applications in the store. In addition, you'll review weekly Helpdesk reports to ensure store issues are being resolved in a timely manner.794480
