If you are our Customer Engagement Management Advisor in China, you will have a chance to
· Acts as a single point of contact for all pricing / Contract related queries.
· Collaborate with other functions and organizations to resolve issues related to Deal Pricing.
· Contributes to optimize the processes by collaborating with other Business units.
· Represents team as a subject matter expert on internal processes and tools.
· Communicates with internal customers at the individual contributor and management levels.
• Provide support on proposal and pricing for change order/add on/extension/renewal, new (multi) country, global inbound, and software solution deals .
• Prepare competitive pricing proposals based on fleet design, Scope of Service as per pricing guideline
•Applies Pricing Margin guidelines while pricing to ensure profitability.
•Work closely with the pursuit team (SC/SA) and delivery team to optimize the custom service costing to be used for pricing.
•Proactively identify areas to improve margin or cost optimization
•Provide analysis on the pricing competitiveness
•Financial risk assessment, consultation with pursuit lead and Finance OC to develop risk mitigation strategies
•Interface with Finance OC on PnL consolidation and finance review
•Collaborate with pursuit lead to ensure audit compliance as per the Deal Governance and Approval Matrix
•Ensure Pricing accuracy in deal proposals
•Handover of pricing to delivery/customer ops representative post signature
Support Pursuit team in all aspects to develop business.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
Education and Experience Required
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 2-3 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, financial management).
Knowledge and Skills
Good communication skills with ability to convey low to medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.
Basic knowledge of local legal compliance issues.
Ability to structure and apply basic organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.
