Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

Expectation overview for Integrated Marketing Management : Responsible for the planning, development, project management and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs for SME audiences including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building, and pipeline acceleration. Collaborate with various internal and external teams including Global, regional and local teams to capitalize on marketing mix with emphasis on the customer. Orchestrates branding, communications, data, online, digital media, partners, customer references and events to create integrated audience specific programs.

  • Drive Strategic Planning - Work independently with Business Planning, Marketing Planning and Business Development/Management to determine strategic goals for region, market unit, country, or route to market and translate into integrated SME audience specific programs. Ensure programs and campaigns are perfectly aligned with stated strategic goals.

  • Develop Content and Program Messaging – Expertly apply a broad range of knowledge to curate, build, tailor and syndicate content for awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration and other strategic purposes, combining market insights, business objectives, audience insights and intelligence as well as key messages into integrated programs and/or campaigns. Determine best practices to create repeatable processes and content.

  • Plan ,develop and execute comprehensive integrated SME campaigns identify targets, data, value propositions, and tactics to achieve defined goals.

  • Manage asset development and global asset localization. Deliver audience facing materials by leveraging, tailoring, localizing and syndicating content, positioning and messaging in order to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.

  • Stakeholder Management - Strongly align with business stakeholders to ensure marketing programs closely align to business and sales goals. Share knowledge and expertise. Support/enable the sales organization through delivery of key customer assets and stories.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the evaluation of overall performance to refine programs for a real business impact. This includes e.g. business and campaign performance across the whole marketing mix, program execution, and pipeline impact. Collect and syndicate best practices.


  • Bacheleor Degree

  • Experience in Marketing

  • Languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese (recommended)
