Job Description

The responsibility of the Inside Sales Manageris critical to the growth and success of our Company. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible formanaging the day-to-day operations of the sales environment and the performanceof the sales team.The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) will oversee reporting (daily,weekly, monthly, etc.), performance goals and expectations, manage the workenvironment, partner with other ISMs in the District, coach and develop thesales team. Duties andResponsibilities

• Set monthly target sales goals for each sales teammember

• Work with sales team to create annual professional performanceimprovement goals

• Answer questions pertaining to processes, procedures, policies orsystems

• Make decisions regarding policies that make good business and financialsense

• When necessary take escalated calls or call customersback

• Run End-Of-Day/End-Of-Week/End-Of-Month Reports and distribute asrequired

• Help manage the daily approval queues

• Manage adherence to schedule and time-off requests using the time-keepingsystem

• Coach and develop sales team by providing specific feedback onperformance improvement

• Assist the sales management team in rolling out changes to companypolicies, systems, requirements etc.

• Take sales calls each month as directed by the sales managementteam

Job Requirements

MinimumRequirements and Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (email, Word,Excel)

• Type minimum 35 words per minute (preferred but notrequired)

• Comfortable with multi-tasking different projects andresponsibilities

• Understands how to motivate a sales team and generate a collaborativework environment

• Demonstrate the ability to make profitable business decisions whensetting and deviating from listed prices

• Self-motivated, accountable and responsiblebehavior

• Cultivates a work environment that is professional and businessappropriate at all times

• Experience and success with phone sales preferably


• College Degree or equivalent experience

• Management Experience (minimum 2 yearspreferred)
