Payroll Administrator Job Description Position will be responsible for basic payroll processing including data entry, auditing, and basic payroll calculations. The Payroll Administrator requires great attention to detail, experience with payroll systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Payroll Administrator Essential Functions: 1. Process Payroll Batch entry of approved Continuing Education requests. 2. Accurately enter wage garnishment detail into employee records as received. 3. Produce overtime reports to be emailed to Regional Directors by pay date. 4. Accurately calculate and forecast employee PTO and sick accruals. 5. Send quarterly PTO & sick reports to Clinic Directors, Managers & Supervisors. 6. Data entry and audit approved past pay period timekeeping adjustments. 7. Accurately audit assigned group of trial payroll to payment accuracy prior to finalizing payroll. 8. Alphabetize missed clock sheets and record receipt of missed clock sheets on spreadsheet. Provide HRIS with spot check department missed clock sheets. 9. Calculate and batch entry of weighted overtime pay for applicable employees. 10. Process termination payment and PTO payouts per state law. 11. Review and process any authorized employment verification requests within 24 hours of receipt. 12. Process employee Perkins Loan forgiveness applications 13. Responding to employee questions and requests within 24 hours, in a friendly and encouraging manner. 14. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees 15. The ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, coworkers and managers. 16. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company. NonEssential Functions: 1. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Payroll Administrator Required Skills Microsoft Office?
