Description Job Description Design, analyze, implement, and monitor PS ERP systems, Servers, storage infrastructure according to best practices, and ensure high levels of data integrity and platform availability. Participate in the development policies and procedures to ensure consistent storage and server provisioning for PS ERP systems environments, availability and fine tuning of servers; development of backup and restore process design; performance analysis and monitoring; developing data disaster recovery plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop procedures for backups and restores, as well as monitor the performance, success, or failure of these tasks. 2. Develop and maintain procedures for MEE PS ERP Applications change management, availability management, backup management, incident management, and process documentation. 3. Develops solutions in accordance with established guidelines; following standards for naming and numbering conventions and security classifications. 4. Follows established guidelines for system change control. 5. Monitors system performance and reports any potential issues with the appropriate staff. 6. Plans for, and schedules patch/upgrade/hot fixes working with the teams. 7. Applies performance tuning for system efficiency. 8. Manages Security configuration, authentication support, database refreshes, and end-user access across all instances and environments.
Requirements Master Degree preferred. Requires excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced , results orientated environment. Experience and proficient in PeopleSoft.
