Specific Responsibilities: As a Systems Analyst you will be assisting a project team with all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including but not limited to Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, UAT, and post-go-live support. You will be leading or assisting project team members on ETL changes, SQL coding, data warehouse design, and DataMart maintenance. Our systems analysts are individuals who have the desire to be technical resources, but also enjoy maintaining their focus on the “big picture” solution for the client. You will ensure that the solution delivered to the client meets requirements and is designed with high quality. Additional activities for the Systems Analyst include troubleshooting, providing daily status updates, and fulfilling various ad-hoc project-related requests from the client. In addition to client work, the Systems Analyst will participate in firm-building initiatives and activities that contribute to the growth. We are not looking for just anyone. Responsibilities Include: • Analyze data, systems, and processes to ensure consistency of operation for the client solution • Present and review designs and requirements for systems or processes. • Distill essential core requirements that directly align with the business needs to implement the most optimal solution. • Act as the liaison between Functional Business Team and Technical Team. • Participate in project planning and delivery action items as requested by the Program Manager • Understand, develop, and deploy solutions across various systems for our clients. • Understand and ensure processes are in-place to enable successful systemic communication between components. • Works within project deadlines, schedules, and multiple competing priorities to consistently deliver high-quality work product. Qualifications: • BA/BS Degree in computer science, MIS, math, science, engineering, or related field. • 2-5 years of experience in Consulting, Technology, or an industry-specific analytics program. • 3-5 years of prior experience analyzing data, and presenting the data and its analysis. • MUST have experience with SQL, BI, or other query tools. • Experience with data, analytics, databases, and data warehousing • Experience ETL tool experience such as (but not limited to) Oracle Data Integrator, Microsoft SSIS, or Informatica is a plus. • Must have demonstrated prior experience working on a cross-functional team. Please include examples. Strong communication skills, able to produce clear definitions and documentation of project scope and requirements. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Taiga is a plus. Candidate must have an excellent, fluid command of the English language (written and oral). Must be able to legally work in the United States and pass a background check effective facilitation skills with ability to build rapport with diverse teams. Must be able to lead client meetings. Able to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment to manage competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and deliver high quality materials. Must have a “can do” attitude and have the ability to remain professional in high pressure situations.
