You will be working as part of the UK&I TS Portfolio Management team who manage the Technology Support Services that HPE offer to their customers which contribute to sales through attach and new business. As part of the team you are given your own program to manage as well as support the other portfolio areas in their marketing & event campaigns. What’s the Job? Program Manager – ONELead The ONELead program is a reward scheme set up to reward non quota driven HPE employees who have identified potential new business that are later won. You will be required to ensure that all deals are kept up to date by sales representatives, payments are received on time and in charge of running your own marketing campaigns for the program. Campaign Support - Portfolio Team The other part of this role includes being involved within the portfolio team’s events and campaigns. The Portfolio team aim to educate and promote people on the services that are available on hardware. You are required to ensure that everything is ready for the events - in regard to the logistics, occasionally attend to assist and present at the events. Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in general. You have the opportunity of attending the events gaining great exposure to a range of different offices and to a wide range of people within the organization. Qualifications: Education & Experience: We are looking for high calibre candidates that are ideally studying a business orientated degree at University and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade. A confident candidate who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can lead by example even in the most demanding of situations. You will be working in a constantly changing and fast paced environment therefore you must present skills that show your willingness to adapt to any situation that may arise. Being keen and a willingness to jump in is key. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience in database management would be beneficial. No primary experience in sales is necessary however, you must have solid record of past work experience and/or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities.
