Kelly Services Manufacturing- Validation Technician- in Branchburg, New Jersey
Assist in troubleshooting production, manufacturing, and process problems while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory procedures and guidelines. Generate and maintain technical documents. Support the installation, testing and validation of various machines, equipment and systems related to the lab or manufacturing environment assigned. Work directly with engineers to write deviations, periodic reviews and create drawings and/or diagrams. Develop maintenance job plans, strategies, and preventative maintenance procedures. Assist with configuring, evaluating and selecting control systems. Coach and Train maintenance mechanics. Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include the following: review and approve validation equipment protocols and final reports, review validation and/or manufacturing SOPs, support equipment change control(s), and participate in periodic review (e.g. Quality Metrics)
Must have experience working with the FDA.
The ideal candidate would have previous manufacturing process validation experience, with a Quality Assurance Compliance background, who has hands on experience over class room experience. This candidate should have some experience with FDA and EMA which is a plus. They will be working on a large project retro fitting and entire manufacturing suite. This is a fast paced environment, in a cross functional team environment.
