Engineering the security model for the third-party access environment and privileged rights management via the use of AppSense tools including business analysis and gathering of requirements, defining the configurations, gaining stakeholder acceptance, creating test plans, and documenting test results. In addition the candidates’ responsibilities will be to design, develop, test, customize and troubleshoot information security systems and solutions to ensure protection of IT assets, business functions and requirements. The candidate must be familiar with information security concepts and products. An understanding of the principles related to sound code handling procedures is required. Work with all disciplines and product owners to integrate security solutions to protect the Citi computing environment Ensure that all security products meet or exceed Citi internal and regulatory requirements. Interface with various operations and engineering teams in all security related projects. Interface with product vendors or internal developers to provide third level support for the designated security toolsets. Produce documentation of processes and procedures for the usage of the toolsets. Follow the Technology Development Life Cycle in the development of all security tools.
Experience with AppSense suite of security products or equivalent
Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems
Knowledge of granular rights elevation, privilege, and contextual entitlement as Well as knowledge of associated tools and techniques.
Comprehensive understanding of security methodologies.
Windows scripting and automation methodology (PowerShell, VBScript, Perl, Batch programming).
Strong practical understanding of troubleshooting approaches, including knowledge of underlying networking, desktops, server, storage and organization concepts.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Fluent verbal and written English communication
Must be able to work independently as well as in mixed team environments including cross-organizationally in international, cross-cultural teams.
Proven effectiveness to communicate with technical and non-technical people alike.
Ability to follow issues through to resolution on a timely basis.
Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
