Job Purpose :

With direct reporting line to the HRSS EMEA Recruitment & Onboarding Manager the role will play a critical role in ensuring that Background Screening happens in the appropriate manner in the region, the necessary vendor controls are in place and timely and accurate Operational level reporting happens to senior management on this topic. The jobholder will act as a liaison between vendor, operational teams and management, being responsible for overall process health of Background Screening in the EMEA region.

Job Background :

The HRSS Recruitment and Onboarding Team is responsible for optimizing the sustainable and cost effective availability and mobilization of appropriate people skills required to deliver the CSC’s committed scope of services and at the expected level of quality. The Team is the delivery engine providing the services to the CSC’s partners and customers and is providing its services in strict accordance to the processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gain deep understanding of Background Screening Vendor’s capabilities on a country by country basis

  • Explore Background Screening possibilities in EMEA countries, ensure that possible gaps between current delivery and possibilities are highlighted to Regional Ops Manager

  • Act as the Background Screening advisor for the Regional Ops Manager, Team Leaders and wider R&O Team

  • Create and run reports to monitor and control the process

  • Create and run the quality monitoring process with emphasis on creating an early warnings system

  • Explore and analyze all breakdowns in the process, create root cause fix proposals and present it to the HRSS R&O Manager, execute implementation of fix once approved

  • Create and run reports to analyze trends in breakdown of the process, and in general on findings during the process

  • Lead / participate in projects related to the area

  • Support / lead from an operations perspective the regional Background Screening Centralization and Standardization project, working closely together with the Project Manager responsible for this effort

  • Participate / lead vendor negotiations when required, escalate issues to Regional Ops Manager

  • Participate in Risk & Control conversations offer advice and present solutions to issues identified

Knowledge and Experience :

  • 3+ years of professional experience;

  • Quality assurance & Process Improvement knowledge (6 Sigma, Lean, etc.)

  • Reporting experience (Strong knowledge of Ms Excel and Database solutions is critical)

  • Data visualization

Qualifications :

  • BA / MA level preferred;
