  • Providing direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System

  • Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service

  • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development

  • Creating internal/external content for our knowledge base

  • Delivering remote consulting services to our customers

  • Involvement in product testing and validation


fresh graduates as well as professionals with mobile development experience are welcome.


  • Bsc. or Msc. degree obtained or close to closure in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Programming or Mathematics

  • Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature

  • Programming skills in an object oriented language (preferably: C#, Objective C or JAVA)

  • Good understanding of HTTP Protocol

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Customer and quality focus

  • Fast learner with IT affinity

  • Open and professional communication style

  • Spoken and written English language skills are required

  • Spoken and written German language skills are preferred

  • Big passion/interest for mobility related technologies


  • Deep knowledge in mobile platforms

  • Experience in Support or Software Development or IT
