Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

The following tasks are performed within the below described level of accountability, complexity, experience, communication:

Accountability: Delivery of assigned tasks; Accomplishing more straightforward tasks without assistance

Complexity: Issues with limited level of complexity

Experience: General proficiency with tools

Communication: Develops collaborative work relationships within own team

Communicates within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand


Provision of general end user support to users´ workspace equipment (local)

• Provide hardware support to end user’s equipment (laptop/desktop, mobile phones)

• Provide software support to end user’s (general applications)

• Provide support to general workspace equipment (ex.: fixed & mobile telephony, printers, beamers)

• Handling day-to-day operations of IT department, supporting actual ongoing projects

• Driving internal communication management on IT topics (Wiki, Community)

• Maintain the asset database

• Maintain IT resources available to comply with local business needs (may include events and training)

• SLA Adherence

• Effective IT ticket handling and dispatch

• Incident management in coordination with other support levels (1st & 3rd)

Experience & Language Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware

• Experience with desktop operating systems, including Windows 7/8/10 and MacOS

• Experience in application support

• Knowledge management experience (Wiki, community/collaboration portals etc.) - preferred

• Problem solving and analytical skills

• Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies

• Self-motivated and driven team player with excellent communication skill

• Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and in English - both verbal and written

• German language skills are advantage

Candidate should be able to develop concepts to solve a task / problem with given direction/guidance for:

• Knowledge sharing for best practice

• Process compliance

Candidate should be able to develop concepts to solve a task / problem and influence sub areas/achievements for:

• Customer Satisfaction (by means of SLA)

• To be seen as a professional service provider by the end user community

• Reduced User Downtime

• Good engagement with ITSC for problem handling


Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineering or related field
