Providing direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System
Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development
Creating internal/external content for our knowledge base
Delivering remote consulting services to our customers
Involvement in product testing and validation
- Various positions are available for fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Higher educational degree obtained or close to closure
Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Customer and quality focus
Fast learner with IT affinity
Open and professional communication style
Spoken and written English language skills are required
Spoken and written German language skills are preferred
Knowledge in any SAP product
Experience in Support or Software Development or IT
Programming skills (Java, C , C#, other)
