Associate Scientist II (Bioassay Development, Gene Therapy)—Cambridge, MA

Job Description:

The successful candidate will join the Bioassay Development and Testing group in Analytical Development, focusing on testing support for AAV gene therapy programs.

The individual will perform quantitative assays to measure virus titer, infectivity, as well as cell-based assays measuring the expression specific genes. Previous experiences with cell culture and q-PCR are preferred.


The candidate should have excellent laboratory, computer, documentation and organizational skills, as well as good communication abilities. 2 - 4 years’ work experience with mammalian cell culture, immunoassays, or bioanalysis is required.


B.S., M.S. in Biochemistry, Biology, or related Biological Sciences.
