The Senior Manage Customer Platforms will report to the Strategy and Operations Lead. He/she will lead the further development, expansion and management of new customer models and portfolio platforms across US GEM.
The candidate needs to possess advanced project & change management capabilities, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Marketing/sales operations experience is a plus.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Build, implement and manage innovative customer models and go to market platforms that enhance efficiencies and/or effectiveness that can be leveraged across the Gen Med EP portfolio. Including:
▪ Day to day management of the evolved got to market models
▪ Leveraging customer support capabilities across the portfolio
▪ Assessing scalability and managing the expansion of branded customer service platforms
▪ Operational management of the inside sales platform expansion & contract/vendor management
▪ Collaborate with NJ based HCP CRM team to ensure a smooth transition; partner with marketers to fully leverage the platform capabilities
At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas (or comparable) will be required:
▪Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
▪Ability to gain consensus among cross-functional teams
▪Strong organizational skills
