Position Description

The Early Talent Associatewill participate in a one-year program providing high potential graduates with hands-on experience in the end to end delivery of innovative technology solutions. Individual opportunities may include one of the following:

Business analysis: using key client-facing skills and deep technical expertise to bridge business and technology and create powerful specifications

Project and delivery management: bringing new applications online using Waterfall and Agile Development lifecycle methodologies

Cyber Security: securing and protecting Ally's technology and information assets

Technology Infrastructure:delivering excellence, quality and stability to the enterprise through innovative hosting, platform, communications and service management solutions

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by each track or business unit, allowing you to receive a diverse set of experiences tailored to the respective needs of the organization, as well as your interests. Each opportunity will provide you with specified training, peer mentorship, clearly defined objectives and an environment in which to effectively develop experiences and gain knowledge.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or information assurance / cyber security is preferred -- additional technical majors or business majors with technical concentration may be applicable
  • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0
  • Passion and aptitude for technology
  • Solid technical and analytical skills, coupled with sharp business acumen
  • Prior internship and/or work experience in IT or related areas
  • Geographic mobility (opportunities available in Charlotte, NC and Detroit, MI)
  • Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required. We are unable to sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
