PAE is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) opportunity in the Northern Virginia region. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in directing projects and activities associated with the execution of all aspects of CBRNE, forensics, biometrics, or other science related programs, with 5 of those years working directly in the IC environment.
Responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:
Manage overall IDIQ contract and oversee all Task Orders under the IDIQ contract
Management/Oversight of project managers leading Task Order projects under the purview of the overarching IDIQ program
Ensure specific Task Order requirements are satisfied as defined, on schedule and with established costs
Ensure contractor and sub-contractor staff perform their duties in accordance with all applicable Government prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Provide prepared status reports and in-process reviews
Provide management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection and accountability for contract deliverables
Organize and lead meetings/briefings and working groups as directed by the government and oversee all acquisition actions
Potential Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) travel may be required as needed
Candidates must have or meet the following requirements:
An active DoD Top Secret with SCI access security clearance
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, forensics or engineering with ten (10) years of experience managing or supporting CBRNE or science related programs
Five (5) years of experience working in the IC environment
Advanced management certification (i.e., Program Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level II in Program Management)
A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant area of study
Background in forensic science or other science, and experience working in laboratory environments is a plus
