PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE
SAP Cloud Service Center offers custom development services to SAP Cloud customers to adapt their Cloud systems to meet their own business needs. With proven remote delivery model, global coverage and experienced service advisors, we help customer to increase value of Cloud systems with lower TCO.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)
Understand SAP strategy and CSC unit mission/tasks
People manager of development team
Build up team and develop employees as mentor and coach
Define the learning map for employees and upskill employee based on business needs
Allocate resources based on project forecast with flexibility
Lead team to fulfil customer development service delivery and product development
Collaborate with internal or external to develop the team
Be responsible to develop the hybris Cloud CD business in region
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Bachelor Degree or above.
Fluent English, written and oral.
Customer engagement with good communication and presentation skill.
Strong knowledge about SAP Cloud solutions, especially in hybris products: hybris commerce cloud, hybris marketing, yaas, hybris billing, hybris cloud for customer.
Strong people management skill and experience
Project management and pre-sales support is plus
Cloud CDP business model and methodology knowledge is plus
Strategic mindset with responsibility
Strong customer and employee focus
Proactive work attitude and ability to drive project or task
Capability to handle multiple tasks in parallel under pressure
WORK EXPERIENCE (PERFORMANCE CAPABILITY OR SKILLS)
At least 8 years working experience. People manager experience is recommended.
