PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Partner Service Delivery (PSD) is a global organization focused on the proactive and reactive enablement over 6,000 SAP partners globally (Channel, Service, and Software). The team offers a range of enablement and support services to SAP’s Partner Ecosystem.
PSD is developing its team in Ireland to support its continued growth in size and scope and the role of the Partner Support Representative is to provide operational and program support to partners and other partner-facing teams within SAP – the role is predominantly reactive to partners.
The nature of this role requires someone with strong communication skills and with a background in IT and/or Partner Development an advantage. You will play a key role in supporting the roll-out of new Partner Agreements globally.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Fluent English and additional European Language a distinct advantage. Japanese is preferred.
University Degree/ Business/IT preferable
Problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven experience in effective handling of high volume of tasks in short timeframes
Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work
Ability/openness to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment
Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Experienced IT User – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proven experience in improving efficiency on processes;
Proven track record of positive communication with project stakeholders;
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Develops an understanding of the partner’s business priorities, capabilities, needs & key resources and leverages this partner understanding and their close alignment with the OEM Account Executive to drive the PSD Service Portfolio.
Provides a single, homogenous feedback channel from all partners
Manages the Partner on-boarding process (PE contracts, operational set-up and enablement assets) to reduce the time to operational readiness and time to market (First Deal). Including quarterly reviewing and reporting.
Answering direct queries (phone and email) from partners regarding the administration and ongoing implementation of strategic partner programs
Providing accurate and timely responses to all partner queries.
Collating and presenting proposals to SAP on ways to improve the OEM programs from a partner perspective
Providing support throughout the whole Partner lifecycle
Flexibility is required to work within different project teams (e.g. Data Management)
When necessary, coordination and delivery of remote enablement sessions and workshops on technical topics relevant for the partner: SAP Product & Solutions, Sales & Marketing tools and assets
- Experience gained in the IT/Software sector is an advantage.
