Key Deliverables:

  • Driving ideation and execution on projects involving website analytics, leveraging data from Adobe tools like Site Catalyst, Discover and Test & Target

  • Identifying opportunity areas on website design, like campaign landing pages, application page flows, placement of banners etc. using Adobe tools

  • Identify opportunities for leveraging best practices around path flows, page designs etc. across different country sites

  • Collaborate with external teams working in different areas like tagging, reporting and media placement as required

  • Analytic Project Execution: Consistently deliver on multiple and complex projects aligned to business priorities independently

  • Develop/own comprehensive end to end solutions to address business problems

  • Drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems

  • Business Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the business. Understand and enhance business practices and processes

  • Teamwork: Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives. Train and coach others in the organization. Seek to learn from other areas within the site to improve analytic approaches for the team

  • Prior experience in digital analytics using Adobe tools

Established competency in one or more of the following:

  • Financial Analysis

  • Business Analysis

  • Statistical Modeling

  • Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Strong process/project management skills

  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

  • Experience in one or more financial services businesses (cards, retail bank, mortgage, etc.)


  • 4-8 years in Digital Analytics

  • Preferable: Experience in financial services domain

Certification (preferred): Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Discover
