*General Statement of Duties: *

Primarily responsible for leading the corporate efforts to manage and support Enterprise-class application deployments such as SharePoint and Oracle Products. The Enterprise Applications Manager works closely with team members to ensure performance, availability, and security of implemented solutions. Additionally, the position will lead complex, large scale projects to insure successful implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

SharePoint Platform Ownership – Provide SharePoint-based ecosystem which supports current applications and core “out of the box capabilities enabled by SharePoint. Assist departments with deploying localized instances which are supported by the business units in a decentralized manner. Serve a key participant in decisions on whether to host a business need within SharePoint or as a customized Microsoft .NET deployment.

Oracle Platform Ownership – Assume overall responsibility for Oracle Products which currently include Capture (scanning), Forms Recognition and Content (WCC). Work closely with Infrastructure team, information security team, business users on lifecycle management aspects. Provide custom solutions to meet scanning needs and enhance efficiency. Understand and enable business solutions to be crafted using the Oracle native capabilities. Enable full use of Forms Recognition capabilities to improve efficiencies and quality in the document-management aspects of MOHELA. Identify additional business use-cases which can leverage Oracle built-in functionality.

Resource Management - Organize work streams and development efforts to maximize the utilization and return on investment for third party resources whether it is consulting resources or third party software solutions as necessary. Coordinate with internal development teams to ensure that projects requiring development resources are understood and meet project schedules.

Client Management - Manage the needs and priorities of business groups. Understand departmental needs and workflows. Establish relationships and effective communication channels to ensure that expectations are being met as well as agreed upon deliverables. Facilitate governance objectives, as required, in support of departmental implementations.

Project Communication - Maintain and distribute project schedules. Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other key project metrics to clients and team members.

Development Support - Ability to deliver just-in-time solutions for business needs in a manner that is consistent with MOHELA s development architecture and support structure.

Quality - Ensure that projects and services are structured in such a way that the deliverables include proper documentation, ownership, training, and supportability. Maintain rigorous adherence to defined lifecycle processes and quality implementation objectives. Support Configuration and Change Management processes with ongoing review/validation of product releases to support continuous improvement.

*Qualifications: *

*Education: *Computer Science degree four year college or related certification and experience required.

Experience:Five plus years in Development and Program Management with demonstrated advancement in responsibilities and proficiencies in past roles. Must have expert knowledge on SharePoint 2010 and/or 2013 knowledge from an administrative and development perspective. Must have knowledge in Oracle Web Content products version 11.

*Desired Computer Skills: * To perform this job successfully the successful candidate SQL Server 2008 R2/2013 application knowledge is highly desired. Must know how to make use of data in various locations and formats for ease in presentation. Kowledge of .Net development, web logic and Java programming is a plus.
