Work as part of a Global team but represent Americas Region (both NA & LA).
This role will focus on SAP Hybris Commerce primarily and offer additional coverage for other solutions in the SAP Hybris portfolio as needed (the portfolio currently includes Commerce, Cloud for Customer, Marketing, Billing etc).
Directly responsible for driving Enablement of SAP Hybris Partners (Global System Integrators and Value Added Resellers) in the Americas.
Enablement content should cover the following Partner organization's business units namely Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation and Post-Sales Project Support.
Responsibilities include managing content assembly, coordination of Enablement sessions and delivery of those sessions.
Create and manage on-going enablement plans, helping Partners to analyze team setup, training needs, participation in specific enablement programs, etc.
Develop and apply standardized/consistent approach to drive Enablement content across all Regions.
Develop and maintain Enablement calendar for the Americas and deliver the sessions per the calendar.
Adopt tools to automate the delivery of Enablement content both in Virtual and In-Person session formats.
Collaborate across various stakeholder groups across SAP (namely SAP Hybris Product Development, Solution Management, Partner Services Delivery, SAP Education, SAP Solution Center etc) to plan, organize and run Partner enablement events in Americas Region.
Act as a subject matter expert to address Partners issues regarding Sales, Pre-Sales and Project Implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce Solution by coordinating with SAP experts in resolving the issue.
Establish feedback mechanisms and provide feedback from Partners into SAP Hybris product management and development teams.
Help create and arrange localized partner enablement material (including translation of global material in English to local languages i.e Spanish & Portuguese as needed).
At least Bachelor`s degree in computer science or equivalent subject.
Experience & knowledge with SAP Hybris Commerce or its competitors is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of software development methodology and principles including popular traditional, agile/lean methods and processes.
Background in Java/Web development required, but direct coding experience is not necessary.
Experience with software sales is preferred, but not essential.
Experience at working with Partner Programs and Enablement is preferred, but not essential.
Experience at delivering software product demonstrations is preferred, but not essential.
Good understanding of how multiple software application components fit together in forming an overall Solution.
Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) skill set strongly preferred.
Ability to work in a Global team setting, interacting with peers in Americas/EMEA Regions.
Willing to travel within Americas and other regions essential (e.g. Germany) about 30% of time.
Passion for quality and continuous process improvement within software development teams and organizations.
Exposure to Cloud & web application technologies and their use with SAP Hybris portfolio.
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
Personal integrity, commitment and an ability to take initiative on your own.
