Architect – IT


As an Architect you play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. You’ll plan, design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments. Highly experienced, has decision-making authority, self-sufficient and mentors/coaches others.


  • Lead the software development team(s) during the design/build phases of the SDLC

  • Support and troubleshoot software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions

  • Develop appropriate software documentation

  • Work on complex projects that require subject matter expertise

  • Provide direction, tools, technical and process support to less senior developers

  • Responsible for all activities leading to the successful implementation of medium to large-size projects through their entire life cycle or for technical support of major functional areas.

  • Work with internal customers and external consultants and vendors to develop functional business system design and solutions.

  • Provide architectural recommendations to efficiently build various web applications.

  • Works with collaborative development teams to design enterprise software solutions within proposed architectural framework

  • The application of development domain areas and specific technologies and tool set

  • Coding and on time delivery of quality components and or applications

  • Component and unit testing of following standard practices and methodologies

  • Utilizing the technologies and domain knowledge with the delivery of developed components or integrated components

  • Requirements gathering, requirements analysis

  • Excel at applications and component design following a prescribed architecture and technology footprint

  • Proficient at working problems of high complexity, medium size scope



  • 5+ years of experience in application architecture ,design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures

  • Experience in:

  • Designing and developing web sites or applications using SOA, ASP.NET,MVC and jQuery

  • Developing applications using .NET Framework 3.0+ and any ORM and IOC frameworks

  • Visual Studio, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WCF, Web API

  • Experience in architecting and developing high-volume, secure, scalable and distributed systems

  • Experience in one or more of these technologies required:

  • C#, MSMQ


  • SQL Server, Oracle 12g


  • JavaScript,HTML5

  • AngularJS, Knockout

  • UML, Multi-threaded Architecture

  • CICD


  • 1-2 years in Industry preferred

  • Experience with ELK, Kafka, Splunk, Jenkins or any similar tools is a plus

  • Agile development experience a plus

  • Exposure and experience with event driven development using NserviceBus or similar technology


  • Willing and able to travel as needed for business (up to 5%)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
