Sales, Partner Manager: The Partner Manager is responsible for being the business development liaison between Fieldglass partners and the sales force. In this role, the Partner Manager will be the primary point of contact for sales enablement and communication with our partner companies. The Partner Manager will play a leadership role in developing a repeatable and highly effective set of value propositions and selling methodologies that will be the foundation for the team’s day to day approach with partners. The ideal individual for the role is someone who is sales oriented a problem solver, a relationship builder, self-motivated, and superior communication skills, and knowledge of the (VMS) Vendor Management System and (MSP) Managed Service Program spaces. Responsibilities include:

  • Proactive and creative problem solver with proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

  • Extremely detail oriented and organized, able to provide clear and accurate status updates.

  • Superior communication skills.

  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for Sales.

  • Liaison between Partner and Sales personnel.

  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing partners.

  • Partner sales enablement; ensure that our MSP Partners have the necessary product knowledge.

  • Design partner programs to drive revenue.

  • Coordinate activities between territory sales representatives.

  • Coordinate activities between partner management and business management groups.

  • Set up regular pipeline calls.

  • Attend weekly pipeline calls.

  • Coordinate RFP responses.

  • Communicate and educate partners as to new products and service offerings.

  • Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.

  • Work with Legal Team to execute contracts and legal documents

  • Work with Operations Team to review accounts progress.

  • Work with customers to expand footprint.

  • Must be able to demonstrate industry knowledge.

  • Provide weekly reporting updates to team.

  • Define and execute partner sales plans.

  • Secure follow-up meetings and set appointments to assure a smooth transition of account information.

  • Effective follow-up, management and tracking of accounts

  • Be a team player, results oriented with a strong attention to detail

  • Display high levels of energy and drive, thrive under pressure with strong business acumen, have strong process orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We’re Looking For:

Fieldglass is looking for candidates that have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of workforce management and VMS Technologies, have the ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners, and have the ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions. Candidates must also have proven success presenting and discussing solutions with partners and other decision-makers, be a self-motivated problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, have superior communication skills, high level of detail orientation and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude. Candidates must demonstrated ability to meet professional standards for attendance and punctuality, demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, quickly adapt to changes, willing to work on tasks until completion and maintain a high level of work performance and service excellence to meet client’s needs, and be a professional self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and from a remote and/or home office location. It is necessary to have excellent follow-up, organizational skills and consistent reporting as well as a high level of professionalism, to earn the trust of senior individuals within one’s own and the partner’s organization, which in turn will enable major issues to be attended to and resolved. It is required that candidate must have the flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
