Responsible for supporting the Director and Senior Manager in their roles as the business partner to the commercial divisions. This position is directly responsible for the accurate booking of financial data and for the creation of accurate budgets and forecasts which will be used for informed decision making and in providing accurate external financial guidance. Act as a central financial analysis resource for the team, supporting distribution, business analysis and decision support, partnerships and contract negotiations, customer policy updates. Develop and utilize models to generate annual operating plans as well as an 18 month rolling forecast- for various revenue and expense items including GDS and met search costs. Provides variance analysis and explanation to divisional leadership, senior leadership, and the Finance Division. Provide ad-hoc decision support analysis and forecast scenario analysis as required for commercial divisions.


  • Provide financial support, analysis and reporting to division leadership

  • Provide robust and timely analytical support for major business decisions, determine FP&A position on decisions and/or investment proposals, and ensure stakeholders are clear on the position

  • Meeting participation/contribution involving key division and finance issues

  • Monthly close and forecast, black line reconciliations

  • Quarterly earnings book pages

  • Conduct predictive modeling and analysis in complex areas such as ancillary revenue and point of sales revenue forecast modeling

  • Perform routine reporting and ad hoc analysis



  • MBA degree required


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial statements required

  • Hyperion Planning experience preferred

  • Familiarity with Accounting principles preferred

  • Knowledge of United Data Sets, SAS/ BRIO preferred


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
