The Technology Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Cloud solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Their specific activities will relate to the technical integration of the SAP Cloud solution to other applications and may include the customization of the solution using the Cloud Application Studio.
SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions include SAP's CRM solutions in the cloud, including Cloud for Sales and Cloud for Service, which are rapidly evolving to help grow our ever expanding customer base. Consultants are expected to demonstrate a knowledge of business process concepts, system configuration, integration and best practices, in order to deliver successful projects and achieve their KPIs incl. utilization.
The team member would form part of the Global Delivery Consulting organization, with a focus on North American accounts.
Driving the key activities of a SAP Cloud for Customer Implementation
Present key workshops as defined by the methodology to help gather business requirements and define the customer solution
Coach/Advise customer project teams
Connectivity topics establish the connection between SAP Cloud and customer’s environment
Middleware (PI or HCI) configuration activities
Cutover and Data Migration processes
Design the end to end process flows across customer solution landscape
Consult customer in integration activities
Support of activities delivered by Shared Delivery Center including interfaces, form and user Interface adaptations, by providing necessary specifications and acceptance criteria
Perform application customization via key user toolset for adaptations and analytics
Application specific expert consulting (Cloud for Customer Integration, SAP Netweaver PI, SAP Hana Cloud Integration, SAP Cloud Application Studio)
Minimum of 2-5 years professional experience, consulting experience strongly preferred.
At least 2 full cycle software implementations integrating CRM and ERP applications.
Candidate must reside in a major metropolitan area.
