As an ED RN at Mercy Health, you’ll basically do it all. We need your compassion and engaging personality. You’ll also use your strong clinical skills, and your desire to make sure each patient has the best outcomes and a good experience. Plus, you’ll need to be organized, have top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, and work well with a diverse population.
Specifically, you’ll need:
- An Associate Degree in Nursing with the passion of getting your bachelor’s degree within 5 years; completed Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred
- Current RN license in Ohio
- 1–2 years of critical care nursing experience or recent RN grad with practicum
- Additional training in your area of specialization
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
And the following are a plus:
- EKG certification
- CCRN certification
- Additional certifications
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours a week, Nights, 1900-0730, Every third weekend.
