EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Candidate must possess the ability and willingness to continually learn new and emerging technologies and “think outside the box”, to deliver creative solutions of new processes, as well as effectively identify, analyze and resolve highly complex technical issues.
Work with customer teams to be able to understand the business needs and requirements
Plan and conduct customer workshops, design and build enhancements\extensions, create plans for Integration and Unit testing.
Develop and review architecture plans and coding standards.
Maintain existing applications with an eye to improve and grow through new and emerging technologies.
Manage teams during implementation
Implementation & coding of services, composites and interfaces as well as coaching of customer or partners in implementation
Support for Presales, Solution Proposals, Bid Management with CP’s and AE’s
Takes responsibility to mentor junior consultants and share experiences with peers through knowledge management activities.
Good customer related soft skills and acts as a technical project leader.
Must be able to simultaneously help multiple customers, work extended hours as required, and 100% travel to customer locations. WORK EXPERIENCE:
8-10 years professional experience, therein a minimum of 6 years in consulting
Has experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations (from design/spec to going live)
or higher rating in performance management EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Strong ABAP and UI5 development experience skills in development and maintenance of SAP solutions on NW and HANA which includes providing creative solutions to unique customer scenarios, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
Demonstrate experience and/or good knowledge in ABAP, WebDynpro, Floor Plan Manager, HANA, UI5, Fiori, Web IDE, Gateway, HTML5, JAVA Script, CSS, SOAP and REST based application development on NW and HANA at recent implementations.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the database tables & structures across one or more standard ERP modules; SD, PS, FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, QM, HR, CATS, Payroll
