Experience as a program analyst OR involvement in program analyst type functions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skilled in the use of database management and project management software.
Proficiently utilize MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, with emphasis on Excel.
Ability to organize data gathering and data analysis, develop project plans, establish scheduling reports.
Ability to write clearly, using proper grammar and sentence structure.
Experience in conducting effective technical presentations to management and tactful coordination with a variety of project stakeholders.
Ability to prepare reports and organized documentation without assistance.
Provide project administration, data and financial analysis for program/project management activities related to the implementation of FAA Capital Investment Plan (CIP) projects. This support will be provided to individuals in Planning and Requirements (P&R) in the execution and implementation of the Corporate Work plan (CWP) specifically in the area of Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Minimum Operational Network (MON) Implementation Program. Will assist in the development of processes and tools for monitoring and tracking decommissioning/discontinuance activities, and assist in discovering, developing and improving reports to facilitate quality project analysis and management. Support the program by coordinating and participating in Program Team meetings and participating in national and regional telcons, meetings or program reviews.
