Abercrombie & Fitch Assistant Document Specialist - Store Operations in Columbus, Ohio


The purpose of this position is to evaluate and improve efficiency in the A&F store and home office environment by analyzing current systems, processes, and store/user feedback. Position will provide support to the Brand Senses Team and deliver documentation and direction to the stores organization. The primary responsibilities include store and HO systems communication and operational development through research and measurement to improve Brand Senses and store operations -related activities.

Intermediate Computer Skills including MS Excel for Data Analysis

  • Publish, print, archive VMS documents and related materials

  • Provide recommendations for VMS system improvements based on detailed data analysis and insight

  • Leverage technology to improve processes while providing ROI

  • Ability to document ideas, workflow and issue resolution to facilitate ongoing store support

  • Collaboration with Brand Senses department to drive store efficiencies in floorset activities

  • Training for the Brand Senses team on new tools and concepts

  • New system testing and defect resolution

  • Immediate store issue resolution and communication – Production issues

  • Responsible for determining the best practice approach for development of new applications or enhancements of existing systems to meet business needs

  • Develop strong working relationships within the Stores group and the Home Office to ensure collaborative efforts
