We are now searching for a Senior Solution Sales Executive Hybris to join our Nordic team in Finland.


The Senior Solution Sales Executive Hybris primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers. You will work with Sales strategies and develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Furthermore you will be expected develop relationships with both new and existing customers and leverage a forward looking SAP strategy to drive business throughout the organization. Overall you act as a trusted advisor and establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise) in order to build a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities and gather accurate account information.

You will plan and execute demand generation activities and follow a disciplined approach in order to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities. You are expected to interact with customers and prospects at the CxO level and your territory will cross-industry corporations in Sweden. Your success will be dependent upon many contacts and interaction, both internal and external. Therefore you have excellent communication skills, adapt easily to changing circumstances in order to meet new challenges together with a virtual team of colleagues and partners. Strong business acumen is a critical skill, enabling you to identify and qualify value driving opportunities. Hard work and focus are a “given”, but above all you thrive on winning deals.


  • 5 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions

  • Experience selling to CxOs

  • Proven track record in target achievement

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
