Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to oversee the activities related to educating and promoting health and well-being to individuals, families, professionals and the community. The Coordinator acts as a liaison among various medical, educational, social service and community agencies to optimize provision and coordination of quality services.

The Outreach Coordinator plans and conducts educational programs related to healthcare awareness to targeted geographic locations, participates in the community to increase healthcare awareness, evaluates and revises educational and quality improvement/assurance programs to ensure effectiveness, and participates in developing policies and procedures to ensure success of outreach programs.

The ideal Outreach Coordinator candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills and a genuine desire to educate and promote health in the communities served by Baylor Scott & White Health.
