The Spec Inside Sales is responsible for developing revenue through telephone contact with end users in the large to mid-market space (small to medium size businesses) and partnering with client's resellers to achieve targets for sales within their given territory.

We're looking for a driven individual to join our sales development team to spread the word about our innovative offerings. The sales development representative role is the beginning of an incredible career path in sales. With your problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit, the primary focus is to find viable, high quality sales opportunities that will grow revenues and market share.


  • Research and make outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads for the Sales Team

  • Schedule appointments between prospects and the Sales Team

  • Record prospect information in CRM

Your first 3-6 Months - Learn products and tooling

  • Opportunity for personal and professional growth as you enter in sales with coaching and mentoring

  • Consistently meet goals set by manager

  • Utilize tools, systems and processes effectively and correctly in order to meet client and customer’s objectives

6-18 months

  • Build upon your product and market knowledge

  • Work larger opportunities and developing new skills

  • Develop relationships with new and existing end-user customers in order to drive the sales process

  • Discover and solve the customer's business issues in order to identify and drive sales opportunities

  • Maintain high level of client product knowledge, pricing and procedures via management communication, meetings and formal training

  • Meet and exceed lead generation and booking targets

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 year of outbound prospecting sales experience preferred

  • Professional phone skills: courteous, well spoken, and polished in asking questions and sharing information

  • Competent in multi-tasking

  • Able to connect business needs to solutions

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal

  • Sales acumen, able to drive effective strategies and practices to generate revenue and customer satisfaction

  • To be adaptive to fit within client’s culture and to adjust to team dynamic

  • Flexible and resourceful to establish goals using appropriate resources

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university with less than two years of relevant years of experience preferred
