Job Description:


The Associate is a key person in the Wealth Management Group, particularly in client and administrative support. This person is dedicated to delivering a helpful, easy, and personal experience to our clients, while helping Advisors manage the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Operational Support:

Provide administrative support to Wealth Management Advisors through:

Account opening - including account document preparation, internal file set-up, Salesforce, ongoing maintenance, and vendor contact.

Generating correspondence, reports, memos, etc. as needed.

Monitor accounts to ensure that transactions are accurate, and recognize opportunities to grow the relationship.

Place trades for current clients and/or on instructions from Advisors.*

Serve as a client contact for Advisors in their absence. *

Client Service Support:

Provide a superior client experience by following up on transactions, resolving issues, coordinating within the department and documenting client interactions in Salesforce.

Marketing and Planning:

Organize, maintain and communicate various investment or account performance required to prepare for client meetings.

Assist Advisors with client account reviews and meetings.

Assist with/promote new business development efforts


Understand and comply with security industry regulations, broker/dealer policies and continuing education requirements.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.

Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required.

Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations.

Comply with OSJ requirements.

*Must be within license abilities, competence and sphere of duties.

Job Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Banking or Financial Services highly desired.

A serving attitude, focused on the intended client experience.

General knowledge of accounting, mathematics, spelling, grammar and composition are essential.

Experience with data and word processing, proofreading, accuracy, editing and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent telephone, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

A thorough interest of investment and financial markets.

Must be able to work with a wide variety of clients and professionals as well as other officers and employees of the bank.

Confidential, ethical and professional conduct in all client matters is required.

A professional appearance, friendly attitude and demeanor.
