Robert Half Finance & Accounting Payroll and Human Resources Administrator in Delta, British Columbia
Our agricultural client is seeking a Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to join their team for initially a 12-13 month maternity leave. There is a chance this will turn into a permanent role with this growing business. Working closely with the Controller and General Manager, the role will process the payroll and administer benefits for both hourly and salaried employees as well as administer the Human Resources policies and procedures for the Canadian operations. This role reports to and is supported by the U.S. Human Resources Director. Additional responsibilities will include coordination of the recruitment process, performance evaluation program and maintenance of the HRIS system.
