A growing national non-automotive company located in the Metro-Detroit area is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the administration of company benefits and maintain compliance with all Federal and State laws and the ACA. The responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager position include but are not limited to: Administer all company benefits and assure compliance to vendor rules, HIPPA, ERISA and ACA; Audit all health and welfare invoices, prepare GL summary reports, submit check requests; Create and administer comprehensive benefit orientation packet and conduct benefit orientations; Ensure year end reporting is in compliance (W2's, 1095, 1094's); Set up and manage open enrollment and all vendor visits; Assist in creating and implementing new policies and procedures company wide; Investigate, analyze, and respond to unemployment applications and prepare response for hearings as needed.
