A growing national non-automotive company located in the Metro-Detroit area is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the administration of company benefits and maintain compliance with all Federal and State laws and the ACA. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Administer all company benefits and assure compliance to vendor rules, HIPPA, ERISA and ACA - Audit all health and welfare invoices, prepare GL summary reports, submit check requests - Create and administer comprehensive benefit orientation packet and conduct benefit orientations - Ensure year end reporting is in compliance (W2's, 1095, 1094's) - Set up and manage open enrollment and all vendor visits - Assist in creating and implementing new policies and procedures company wide - Investigate, analyze, and respond to unemployment applications and prepare response for hearings as needed This is a direct hire position.
