Job Description Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems . Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor . May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance . Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

Manages teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications • 5 years of ERP implementation experience and currently working with Oracle, SAP or Workday • Proven track record in leading practices and solution delivery underpinned by Oracle ERP or SAP products – eBusiness Suite; CloudERP; Fusion 1 years working with Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions (Core HR, Benefits, Talent) • 5 years of Enterprise HCM implementation (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, e-modules) experience • Experience in helping customers build an HR Application Roadmap • 3 years of experience in HR Enterprise global design • 8 years of team lead experience • 6 years of Project Management experience • 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in ERP OR HCM space • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills:

• Able to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating large ERP implementation/upgrade projects • Proven ability to support sales in ERP area as Subject Matter Expert • Understanding of HCM-related business parameters and drivers • Good understanding of Business Case Development • Experience leading, or making major contributions, to large sales proposals for consulting or professional services • Experience working with CTO/CIO • Experience at a large/ Global consulting firm (IBM, Deloitte, Cap Gemini, PWC, KPMG, KBase) • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. • Ability to articulate technical issues in business terms and vice-versa. • Desire to continue to broaden functional and technical skills • Desire to work in an information systems environment. • Ability to meet travel 100% requirement; weekly travel to client site All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
