Business Objective:Identify and implement opportunities that support regional strategies and deliver on business objectives.
This role is specifically charged with calling on LTCPP, Facility Chains, Associations, LTCPP Pharmacy Directors, Directors and Managers of Clinical Operations, Consultant Pharmacists, National Account Managers, Regional Managers, Association members, including C-Suite level executives
Identifying opportunities to improve the transition of care of patients living with diabetes within the senior care market.
Market development, alignment of customer and Sanofi objectives to improve diabetes patient care in the LTC setting.
Developing partnerships with Senior Care Account Execs to maximize facility and system opportunities.
Qualifying and quantifying business opportunities through strong knowledge of LTC market/segment.
Serving as a resource to customers and to our company to provide better patient care solutions for patients in LTC.
Pulling through opportunities generated at a national level that benefit and support regional strategies.
Developing collaborative partnerships with key customers to gain insights and leverage key contacts, networks, and offerings.
Ensuring the harmonization of a highly integrated, cross functional team.
Targeting Sanofi solutions at regional and local business opportunities that deliver maximum value to our company, patients and customers.
Collaborating with internal key stakeholders to gain insights and leverage key contacts/networks/offerings.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
5-7 years field management or substantive long term care account management experience

Strong leadership capabilities
